Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders placed through this site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. Actual color may vary slightly depending on your display.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically at the interval you select, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting customer service. Cancellations take effect for future renewals; to avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. Refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy.
We will notify you of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect, and you may cancel rather than accept the new price.
Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, our Refund Policy sets out how we will make it right.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this User Agreement.

Reviews and Submitted Content

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we remove, you consent to that removal and waive any claim against us.
We do not assume liability for content posted by you or by any other user. By submitting content through a review or submission feature, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. This applies only to content submitted through those features, and does not apply to information you provide during registration or checkout, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Linden & London name and logo, product names, text, photography, graphics, page layout, and design, is the property of Linden & London or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will cease immediately.
Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arkansas for the resolution of any dispute arising under this agreement.
Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will work with you under the terms of our Refund Policy.
